Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 30 July 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 170.625 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 171.5 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 166 pence per share. 

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 127,995,922 ordinary shares of 1p each.
