Transaction in Own Shares

Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 16 February 2015 it purchased for cancellation 225,812 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch. The price paid was 343.21 pence per such ordinary share.
