Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 04 February 2015 it purchased for cancellation 367,323 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch. The price paid was 328.98 pence per such ordinary share.
