Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')

On 27 January 2015, the Company was notified that Sir Ian Cheshire, Executive Director (a PDMR), sold 16,000 ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company ('Shares'). The Shares were sold on 27 January 2015 at a price of 346.4 pence per share.

Also on 27 January 2015, the Company was notified that Sir Ian Cheshire's wife, Kate Cheshire, sold 15,000 Shares. The Shares were sold on 27 January 2015 at a price of 346.4 pence per share.

These transactions took place in London.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
