SThree plc announces that on 10 July 2008 it purchased for cancellation 130,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, at an average price of 145.0096 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 146.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 143.75 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued share capital is now 128,711,625 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
