SThree plc announces that on 8 July 2008 it purchased for cancellation 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, at an average price of 141.2254 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 143.75 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 139.00 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued share capital is now 128,959,756 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
