Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited: Investment Update

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the "Company") announces that, as stated in the June Quarterly Investment Update the Company has been in the process of executing partial syndication of some of the loans it has originated. The Company has completed the syndication of a £13,500,000 senior note on the FC200 transaction to a UK Clearer. This syndication will assist in releasing funds for re-investment and also increasing return levels.
