SThree plc announces that on 7 July 2008 it purchased for cancellation 93,300 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, at an average price of 141.2745 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 143.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 138.00 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued share capital is now 129,059,756 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
