Results of AGM and EGM

The Company announces that at the annual general meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

At the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held earlier today the resolutions put to the meeting were not passed. Accordingly, the Group's acquisitionof the 50 per cent. of the issued share capital of Sheltam Holdings (Proprietary) Limited ("Sheltam") not already owned by the Company, together with certain shareholder loans made by the vendors to Sheltam, will not proceed.

The Board and its advisers will now review the Company's options and will provide a further update to its shareholders in due course, as appropriate.
