Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 27 June 2008 it purchased for cancellation 68,175 ordinary shares of 1p each, at an average price of 158.9106 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 160.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 153.00 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued share capital is now 129,656,645 ordinary shares of 1p each.
