Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Elektron announces that the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 January 2014, together with the notice of annual general meeting ('AGM') have been posted to shareholders.
Copies of the annual report and financial statements and the notice of AGM are available from the Company's registered office at Broers Building, 21 JJ Thomson Avenue, Cambridge CB3 0FA and from the investor relations section of the Company's website at www.elektron-technology.com.
The forthcoming AGM will be held at 3.00pm on 31 July 2014 at The Entrepreneurship Centre, The Hauser Forum, 3 Charles Babbage Road, Cambridge CB3 0GT.
