Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 25 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 80,451 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 150.7956 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 157.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 147.75 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,774,820 ordinary shares of 1p each.
