Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 24 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 47,044 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 154.128 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 157.625 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 153.125 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 129,855,271ordinary shares of 1p each.
