SThree plc announces that on 16 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 37,566 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 186.1402 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 187.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 185.375 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 130,295,815 ordinary shares of 1p each.
