BrainJuicer, the innovative, international online market research agency, announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts in respect of the year ended 31 December 2013 have been sent to shareholders.

The Company also announces that Notice of the Annual General Meeting and the associated Proxy Form have been sent to shareholders. The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 1 Cavendish Place, London, W1G 0QF on 12 May 2014 at 2:00 pm.
