Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 13 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 63,392 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 184.3495 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 185.625 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 180.625 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 130,333,381ordinary shares of 1p each.
