Director Share Dealings

Sportech PLC (the "Company") announces that A. Lorne Weil, Non-executive Director of the Company, has received 1,027,450 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company ("shares") under the terms of the Company's long term incentive plan ("Plan").

The shares were exercised on 14 March 2014 for nil consideration pursuant to an award granted under the Plan on 8 October 2010.  Following such exercise, Mr Weil increased his beneficial interest in the Company to 3,027,450 shares, which represents 1.48% of the Company's share capital.

This notification is being made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
