In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Sportech PLC (the "Company") today announces that Peter Williams, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has informed the Company that he became non-executive Chairman of boohoo.com plc with immediate effect on its admission to the AIM sub-market of the London Stock Exchange.  Boohoo.com is an online, own brand fashion retailer.
