On March 7th, 2014 the Company was notified that Jonathan Keeling, Executive Deputy Chairman, sold 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 98.5 pence per Ordinary Share. His beneficial interest following the sale is 2,459,334 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 10.98% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
