Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Arden was notified on February 10th, 2014 that an employee exercised 100,000 options granted under the Arden Partners Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of 47.8p pence per Ordinary Share. The exercise of these options will be satisfied through a disposal of shares from Treasury.
Following the above disposal, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 22,959,065 Ordinary Shares, of which 561,087 Ordinary Shares are now held in Treasury, leaving a balance of 22,397,978 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
The above figure (22,397,978 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
