SThree plc announces that on 5 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 93,153 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 201.6235 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 205.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 198.00 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 130,775,599 ordinary shares of 1p each.
