Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 3 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 94,750 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 206.9584 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 207.75 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 205.75 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 130,921,309 ordinary shares of 1p each.
