Holdings in Company

The Company received notification on 9 September 2013 from Cluny Hill Capital Limited that following a purchase on 9 September 2013, Cluny Hill Capital Limited and its affiliates own a total of 405,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Cluny Hill Capital Limited hold 25,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.2% and Julian Barnett, an affiliate, holds 380,000 ordinary shares representing 3.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
