SThree plc announces that on 15 May 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 94,718 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 195.725pence per share.

The highest price paid was 197pence per share and the lowest price paid was 192pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 131,383,577 ordinary shares of 1p each.
