Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility

The Company was today notified by Ian Penrose, Chief Executive Officer of Sportech that he has today purchased 48,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Shares") for his ISA account at a price of 95.06 pence per Share. Ian Penrose and his wife Vanessa Penrose also today sold in total 48,000 Shares at a price of 95.0 pence per Share.

Following the above purchase and sale, Ian Penrose's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 500,000 Shares representing 0.25% of the issued share capital of the Company
