Elektron Technology plc (AIM: EKT, "Elektron" or the "Group"), the developer of fast moving engineered products with market leading positions in connectivity, instrumentation and monitoring and control markets, was notified on 15th February 2013, that following a purchase of 200,000 ordinary shares on 12th February 2013, Panther Securities Plc now has a total combined interest in 4,875,000 ordinary shares in Elektron, comprising of 2,300,000 shares held by Panther Securities Plc, 2,200,000 shares held by Maland Pension Fund and 375,000 shares held by Andrew Perloff. This combined holding represents approximately 4.08% of the total voting rights in the Company.
