Directorate Change

Further to the Company's announcement on 12 November 2012 regarding the sudden death of David von Simson, Executive Chairman of the Company, the board has appointed Mr Paul Macdonald as Executive Chairman with immediate effect. Mr Macdonald has been a director of the Company since its inception in June 2007.

Mr Lawrence Kearns has been appointed chairman of the Company's Audit Committee.

Mr Macdonald commented:

"David was Chairman for over five years. During his time he lead the Company in an exemplary manner. He will be greatly missed. Once again the directors would like to extend their sincere condolences to David's family and colleagues at their sad loss."
