Total Voting Rights

Arden's issued ordinary share capital comprises 25,005,594 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares").  All shares carry voting rights.

The above figure (25,005,594 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FSA's disclosure and Transparency rules.
