Termination of Management Agreement

Delisting of Warrants

Further to the announcement of 7 July 2011, the Company confirms that the Management Agreement dated 6 July 2007 between the Company and PME Infrastructure Managers Limited is terminated with effect from today.  The board of PME ("Board") has decided not to appoint an alternate investment manager and, therefore, with immediate effect, it has assumed responsibility for the management of the Company's remaining assets.

The Board also confirms that application has been made to cease the quotation of the Warrants on AIM and this will become effective from 8:00am on Monday, 9 July 2012.
