Grant of options


Following the appointment of Jonathan Keeling as Chief Executive on 1 January
2008, on 6 February 2008 he was granted options over 490,000 ordinary shares of
10p each in the Company (the "Options") pursuant to the Arden Partners Share
Plan 2007. The Options have an exercise price of 10p each and become exercisable
on 6 February 2011 subject to the achievement of various performance related
conditions.

In addition to the Options, Jonathan Keeling also holds 1,173,990 ordinary 
shares of 10p each in the Company representing 4.75 per cent of the issued 
share capital of the Company.
