The Company has been notified that, on 9 January 2008, Mr J H B Ketteley,
Chairman of the Company, purchased 15,000 shares of 10p each, at a price of 93
pence per share, and purchased 10,000 shares of 10p each, at a price of 95 pence
per share, in the capital of the Company.

Mr Ketteley's beneficial interest in the Company has, following this
transaction, increased to 7,421,530 shares, representing approximately 12.38%
per cent of the Company's total voting rights
