                           Director/PDMR Shareholding


The Company has been notified that, on 20 December 2007, Mr J H B Ketteley,
Chairman of the Company, purchased 10,000 shares of 10p each in the capital of
the Company, at a purchase price of 95p per share.

Mr Ketteley's beneficial interest in the Company has, following this
transaction, increased to 7,396,530 shares, representing approximately 12.34%
per cent of the Company's total voting rights
