                                  Board Change

The Directors of Arden Partners plc are delighted to announce that Jonathan
Keeling has been appointed Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1st January
2008 when Tony Bartlett will be stepping down from the day to day business.

Jonathan has been an executive director of the business since its inception in
2002 and was appointed to the main plc Board prior to admission to AIM last
year.  Tony Bartlett will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Sir David Rowe-Ham, Non-Executive Chairman, said: "I am delighted that Jonathan
is taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer and in thanking Tony for his
contribution I am glad that he will be continuing to give his support and advice
in the future."
