                           Eleco plc (the "Company")

              Completion of Acquisition of Milbury Systems Limited
                               Holding in Company


Completion occurred today of the acquisition by the Company of the entire issued
share capital of Milbury Systems Limited, details of which were announced on 15
November 2007.

The Company has been notified by Aviva plc that the legal and beneficial holding
of Delta Lloyd Europees Deelnemingen Fonds N.V. is 3,000,000 ordinary shares of
10p each, representing approximately 5.00% of the Company's current issued share
capital, following Admission of the new ordinary shares to be issued and the
related placing associated with the acquisition of Milbury Systems Limited. The
Company's issued share capital at the date of this announcement is 59,953,239
ordinary shares of 10p each.
