Results of Annual General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that at its AGM held yesterday, all proposed
resolutions were passed. This included the retirement and subsequent
re-appointment of all directors. Earl St Aldwyn retired from the Board following
the AGM and was reappointed shortly thereafter.
