The Company was notified today by Suffolk Life Annuities Limited that, on 5
October 2007, it increased its legal and beneficial holding in the Company from
3,387,973 ordinary shares to 3,412,973 ordinary shares, representing
approximately 6.01% of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
 
The interests of Mr J.H.B Ketteley, Chairman of the Company, in the above-
mentioned holding remains unchanged at 2,585,477 shares and his total beneficial 
holding in the Company remains unchanged at 7,386,530 shares.
