Trakm8, announces that it was notified on 24 September 2007 that, on that day 
Cary Knapton, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 110,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 30p per share.

Following the purchase Cary Knapton had an interest in 1,499,791 shares 
representing 13.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
