On 6 July 2007, the Company made an announcement confirming information
contained in a TR1 received from Bear Stearns International Trading Limited in
which it advised that it no longer had an interest in the Company.

On 18 July 2007, the Company received notification from Bear Stearns
International Trading Limited that the TR1 it had submitted to the Company on 5
July 2007 had been cancelled and that as at 17 July 2007, it held 5,286,189
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 9.32% of the Company's issued share
capital.
