Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for 187,782 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each to be admitted to the
Official List, ranking pari passu with the existing issued shares of the
Company.

The shares will be issued at a price of 73.5 pence per share to West Register
(Investments) Limited, a subsidiary company of the Royal Bank of Scotland plc
(together "the Bank") in respect of the exercise of warrants issued by the
Company to the Bank on 14 June 2002.
