The Company was informed on 4 May 2007 by Sterling Strategic Value Limited that
it now has an interest in 5,722,016 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 10.10 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital. These Ordinary Shares are registered in
the name of N.Y. Nominees Ltd and PH Nominees Ltd.


Dr. Tito Tettamanti is also interested in the shares through his indirect
controlling interest in Sterling Strategic Value Limited
