Issue of Equity



The Company has issued and allotted, subject to admission, 14,854 new ordinary
shares of 1p each ("Shares") under the BrainJuicer Group PLC Share Option
Scheme.  The consideration for the Shares is as follows:

BrainJuicer Group PLC Share Option Scheme       14,854               62.28p



The Shares will rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
Application has been made for the Shares to be admitted to AIM. Trading is
expected to commence on AIM on 1 May 2007 ("Admission").  Following Admission
the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 12,565,467.
