The Company has been notified that, on 21 March 2007 Mr J H B Ketteley, a
director of the Company, purchased 25,000 shares of l0p each, at a price of 91.5
pence per share, and on 22 March 2007 purchased 15,000 shares of 10p each, at 92
pence per share, in the capital of the Company,

Mr Ketteley's beneficial interest in the Company has, following these
transactions, increased to 6,884,530 shares, representing 12.36 per cent of the
Company's total voting rights
