Holding in the Company


On 12th March 2007 the Company received notification that as at 20th January
2007 Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited had an interest in 2,055,318
ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 8.32 per cent. of the
Company's current issued share capital. These ordinary shares are held in the UK
Smaller Companies fund and registered under Chase Nominees Ltd.
