                           ISO9001:2000 Accreditation

Trakm8, the AIM-listed designer and developer of GPRS based hardware and
software for the vehicle tracking and security market is pleased to announce
that they have been granted the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System
accreditation by the British Accreditation Bureau, effective from 19th February
2007.

The activity scope of the accreditation covers "Manufacturer and Distributor of
Telematics Products".

Commenting on the accreditation, Cary Knapton, Group CEO said "This is a great
achievement for the Group and reinforces our commitment to quality in all
aspects of our production systems. We anticipate that this achievement will
significantly help the Group to develop new customer relationships."
