Frankfurt am Main, June 19, 2017 - Berlin Fintech Startup Kapilendo AG, a portfolio company of the listed FinLab AG (ISIN DE0001218063, ticker: A7A.GR), has founded together with Engel & Völkers Capital AG in early 2017 the new real estate Crowdinvesting platform "Engel and Völkers Capital" (www.ev-capital.de). The innovative platform is online with immediate effect. Investors are given access to exclusive real estate projects in which they can participate together with institutional investors.

The platform focuses on project financing both for construction projects and acquisition of land. Each of the listed projects is examined by renowned partners and runs through a specially developed analysis process based on economic parameters. The total volume of projects on the new platform ranges from one to 300 million euros. In addition, there is a guarantee for full funding for each project offered, which is a novelty in real estate crowdinvesting.

For the first real estate project in Hamburg-Sasel, up to EUR 1.62 million euros can be invested through "Engel and Völkers Capital". The total project volume amounts to 4.6 million euros and the interest rate is 6.5 per cent per annum, with a term to 31 May 2019.
