has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that that
via shares the Voting Rights of Dodge & Cox International Stock Fund, San
Francisco, California, United States, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the
Voting Rights on LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft, Cologne, Germany,  on January
02, 2015 and on that day amounted to 5.08% (this corresponds to 4652680
Voting Rights).
Dodge & Cox Investment Managers, San Francisco, California, United States
also informed us pursuant to section 21 para.1 of the WpHG that via shares
the Voting Rights of Dodge & Cox, San Francisco, California, United States,
on LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft, Cologne, Germany, have exceeded the 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on January 02, 2015 and on that day amounted
to 5.09% (this corresponds to 4655680 Voting Rights).
All 4655680 voting rights (5.09%) are attributed to Dodge & Cox in
accordance with section 22 para.1 sent 1. no 6 of the German Securities
Trading Act ('WpHG'). Thereof, 5.08% (4652680 voting rights) are attributed
to Dodge & Cox from the Dodge & Cox International Stock Fund. The 3000
share difference (this corresponds to 0.003%) is held by Dodge & Cox
Worldwide Funds - International Stock Fund.
