The Ministry of Finance, In the name and on behalf of the state of Norway,
Oslo, Norway has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft,
Leverkusen, Germany, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting
Rights on February 20, 2013 and on that day amounted to 4.86% (this
corresponds to 4043746 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.86% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4043746 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Norges Bank.
