Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft, Cologne, Germany, have fallen below the 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on April 28, 2015 and on that day amounted
to 4.996% (this corresponds to 4572543 Voting Rights).
