according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft, Cologne, Germany, have fallen below
the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 11, 2015 and on that day
amounted to 4.71% (this corresponds to 4310617 Voting Rights).
2.39% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2184750 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
0.0003% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 253 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 2 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act).
2.82% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2578014 Voting Rights) are
