informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft, Cologne, Germany, have
exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 12, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 5.14% (this corresponds to 4706909 Voting Rights).
2.79% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2556673 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
0.0001% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 104 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 2 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act).
2.68% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2450191 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act).
